the catalog, courses and classes using a streamlined, intuitive interface.
Detailed class management includes scheduling, room management, course
packages, class format, attendance, grading and numerous additional features.
Access to courses and classes is permissions-based, enabling administrators to
assign classes to instructors and specify the scope of control and
responsibility such instructors have in defining and managing their classes.
Complete calendar management is built-in, providing administrators and
instructors with simple and intuitive class scheduling while enabling
flexibility around both a pre-determined school holiday schedule and
class-specific schedule deviations. Instructors and administrators may easily
reschedule courses, define the facilities and/or locations used for individual
class sessions, and notify and communicate with students using Veplan’s
integrated communication tools. Instructors also have comprehensive toolsets to
record daily grading and attendance, update or record student activities, view
class rosters, produce report cards, calculate GPAs and view student
biographical and transcript information. All reports including report cards and
parent updates can be conformed to your organization’s existing presentation
format, ensuring that all materials are consistent throughout your
