Veplan is committed to protecting your privacy. Most of our site does not require submitting any information about yourself. But sometimes we collect information from you to provide services you request, and this privacy statement explains how we handle such data collection and use in those situations. Collecting your Personal Information
Veplan will occasionally ask you for information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. This information is generally requested when you are requesting a product demonstration, subscribing to e-mail newsletters, completing an online survey, joining a limited-access site, viewing resources protected by user authentication, or when requesting information about Veplan products and services. When you provide your personal information, a record is created. The Veplan website may also assign a personal identification number and send it to your computer in the form of a small text file, called a "cookie." The use of this cookie allows you to visit certain password-restricted portions of Veplan’s website without having to sign in again.

Using Personal Information
We use personal information for four primary purposes: Veplan occasionally contracts with third-parties to provide specific and limited services on Veplan’s behalf, including packaging, mailing and delivering purchases, answering questions about products or services, sending postal mail and processing event registrations. Veplan provides these companies only the information they need to deliver the service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose. Veplan will disclose your personal information without notice only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Veplan; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Veplan, and, (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Veplan customers, visitors to the Veplan website, or the public.

Control of your Personal Information
Upon registration or submission of personal information, Veplan will not share that information with third parties without your permission, other than for the limited exceptions already listed. Veplan may send out periodic notices informing you of technical service issues related to a product or service you requested. You will not be able to choose to unsubscribe to these mailings, as they are considered an essential part of the service you have chosen.

Security of your Personal Information
Veplan strictly protects the security of your personal information and honors your choices for its intended use. Veplan carefully protects your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your personal information is never shared outside Veplan without your permission, except under conditions explained above. Within Veplan, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access.

Use of Cookies
To assist Veplan in providing content that customers need and want, Veplan collects aggregated site-visitation statistics using cookies. When someone accesses the Veplan website, a cookie is sent to the person’s machine or is accessed by the Veplan site if the person has previously visited the site. If you choose to not have your browser accept cookies from Veplan’s website, you may need to re-enter your personal information each time that you attempt to access certain information on Veplan’s website.

Changes to this Statement
Veplan will occasionally update this privacy statement. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the bottom of the privacy statement.
